thank you the problem is date format but in my notebook use thai time and date format and can play in last patch.

I can't to talk anyone and also no oppotunity after new update and I already solve every solution that dev are suggest to done but it's not functional
i.e. it happen after new patch update.
my dxdiag cause that I can't attach this files that I have to paste there
