Installing the mod is not a problem anymore i fixed it, my pc was cancelling the (read only) option i restarted the pc and it went good but i still have the bugs, i'v installed another mod for the original story and i had the exact same bugs.

Have you made sure to follow install instruction correctl? Overwritting original story character files with one from this custom story and coping and renaming its story file to "Original Story.story". And then making sure to add read-only attribute to all files, so they do not ger replace...
